Dates:-Easter Friday, Saturday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday - 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th April.
Real shame. Ryanair not communicating with workers. This is a very busy airport for Ryanair. Company fly thousands of passengers here year round from all around Europe. It will be a mess. Is it difficult for you not to bring a suitcase?

Ryanair ground workers will strike 22, 25-28 February 2017.
Update:-23 February, 2017 It's Lesmanhandling.com who do checkin desk, ramp workers, handlers and aircraft workers who are on strike. We recommend coming early to just get through the check-in experience. It's 9:15 at night and so far today Ryanair - 17 departure flights were on time, 6 delayed and zero cancellations. As for arrivals 11 were on time, 10 delayed, zero cancellations.
Lesma also deals with billing for Ryanair, this could be difficult for refunds etc. if needed.
22 February 2017 Ryanair handlers at Alicante-Elche went on strike for 2 and a 1/2 hours. In this short space of time 10 flights were effected 1,500 passengers.

Sunday, June 30 Swissport (this is happening at Barcelona El Prat, perhaps similiar situation in Alicante) "sabotage and coercion" by it's workers. Saturday afternoon, aircraft towing tractors, buses passenger and baggage handling equipment and cargo, damaged during the whole day. Causing 50% delay of flights. Today, Sunday, flights delayed still.
